Our creative beginnings
Creating artwork has always been a joy for us, a passion ignited in our childhood home. With our father as a watercolour artist and our sisters exploring their own creative paths, it was natural to delve into our own artistic expression. This journey led us to discover what truly resonated with us and how art made us feel. Now, we're thrilled to share this passion with you through Double Dutch Artwork.
The art of the pour
At Double Dutch Artwork, we primarily use acrylic enamel to create our pieces. Our distinctive technique, known as Dutch pouring, allows the paint to move organically, forming unique and captivating designs. Drawing inspiration from fellow artists and developing our own methods, each creation is an exploration where sometimes the paint truly takes on a life of its own, resulting in truly remarkable outcomes.
